Our Arc Hoops are great for healed lobe or cartilage piercings.

To insert:

  1. We highly recommend using our Arc Hoop Insertion Tool as it makes it so much easier (see video below).
  2. Unscrew top screw. Our Original Arc Hoops can be inserted from the front, while our Teardrop Arc Hoops should be inserted from behind your piercing.
  3. Screw in stone until secure.
  4. Check that all four screws are secure and tight before wearing.

Tips:

  1. Hoops stay secure, but it’s best to check them after showering or sleeping to ensure they haven’t gotten loose.
  2. Screws are small - you may need an extra set of hands to put them on!

To insert:

  1. Start from the bottom and gently guide the post through your piercing.
  2. Twist until the diamond sits flush against your ear.

Tips:

  1. Hoops stay secure, but it’s best to check them after showering or sleeping to ensure they haven’t shifted.

Style: Threadless, push-pin design (for healed piercings only).

To insert:

  1. Gently pull apart the top (front) and post (back) to separate. You should see a slight bend on the internal pin (this is normal and this is what keeps the earring secure).
  2. Insert the post through your piercing from behind the ear.
  3. Push the top into the post until it clicks or feels fully secure.
  4. Lightly tug both sides to confirm it’s locked in.

To remove: Pull the top and back apart.

Extras: Optional insertion tool available. Additional posts sold separately in 5mm, 6mm, and 8mm lengths.

Our clicker hoops are great for cartilage or lobe piercings.

To insert:

  1. Locate the hinge on the hoop and gently push it out/open.
  2. Insert the hoop into your piercing.
  3. Close the clasp until you hear a click—it should snap fully shut.

To remove:

  1. Find the hinge and push it open.
  2. Slide the hoop out of your piercing.

Our Flat Back Stud Earrings and Clicker Hoops are sold as single earrings, so you can mix and match styles. If you’d like two, simply select “pair” on the product page.

All other earrings - including Arc Hoops, Open Hoops, and Huggies are sold as a pair. Each product page is labeled accordingly to make this clear before purchasing.

Our Arc Hoops and Flat Backs have a slightly thicker post than standard earrings (by about 0.2mm). They work well for most healed piercings, but can feel snug if your piercing is newer or on the smaller side. This is normal, and your piercing will adjust quickly without stretching or damaging the piercing.

We highly recommend our Arc Hoop Insertion Tool and Flat Back Insertion Tool - it makes inserting your earrings a breeze!

You can also try applying a small amount of coconut oil or even a tiny dab of dish soap to your piercing to help the post slide through more comfortably.

Should you need replacement screws, you can now purchase them on our site here: Arc Hoop Replacement Screws. They are available in 2mm or 3mm.

Our original Arc Hoops use 2mm screws, while our Teardrop Arc Hoops use 3mm screws. Both screws are compatible with all of our Arc Hoop styles.

No, you can certainly insert the Arc Hoops or Flat Backs without it; however, the tools make it way easier! You can purchase one on our site here: Arc Hoop Insertion Tool & Flat Back Insertion Tool.

The internal post of your flat back earring has a slight bend - this creates tension to keep the front and back securely connected. If the fit ever feels loose, you can gently bend the internal post to restore tension.

Tips:

  • Always bend the post carefully and only in small increments.
  • Avoid bending too close to the earring top, as it may cause damage.

Over time, the clasp on huggie hoops can loosen with regular wear.

Yes, absolutely. Our earrings are 18 gauge (1mm) thick and we sell additional posts in 5mm, 6mm, and 8mm lengths so you can pick the correct length for your piercing.

We recommend using our insertion tool for nostril piercings.

Shipping & Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy from the delivery date for eligible products. Your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging.

We now offer return and package protection through Redo. For an additional $2.48 at checkout, you can return items from your order for store credit, exchange, or refund for free. If you opted out of protection, you can still return your eligible items, but you'll be responsible for the cost of the return label.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The following are not eligible for returns:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift Cards
  • Original shipping fees will not be refunded
  • We currently do not offer returns for international orders

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
