We offer a 30-day return policy from the delivery date for eligible products. Your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@shopaiti.com with your order number, the items you'd like to return, and if you'd like store credit or a refund. Please note that returns are subject to an $8 shipping and handling fee, but that fee will be waived if you select store credit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The following are not eligible for returns:

• Items marked as sale
• Gift Cards
• Original shipping fees will not be refunded
• We currently do not offer returns for international orders

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Standard domestic shipping takes 2-5 business days once fulfilled. All orders will be shipped out as soon as possible within 1-3 business days Monday - Friday.

For international orders, duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout and order will be delivered duty paid (DDP). Any additional fees or add-on services by local carriers are the responsibility of the customer.  

We do not offer refunds on international orders.
