RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer a 14-day return policy from the delivery date for eligible items. Your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging.

We offer return and package protection through Redo. For an additional fee at checkout, you can return eligible items from your order for free exchange, store credit, or refund. If you opted out of protection, you can still return eligible items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return label.

Due to strict hygiene reasons, earrings are only eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Earrings are not eligible for refunds.

The following are not eligible for returns:

• Items marked as final sale
• Gift Cards
• Original shipping fees
• International orders

DAMAGES OR ISSUES

Please inspect your items upon receiving. If something is damaged or you received the incorrect items, please email us within 7 days at hello@shopaiti.com. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days.
