SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Free shipping over $50 only applies to orders in the US.  All orders will be shipped out as soon as possible within 1-3 business days Monday - Friday.  We offer the following rates:

United States

• USPS Ground Shipping (free for orders over $50)
• USPS Priority Mail

Canada

• USPS First Class Package International

Please note that, depending on your country's policies, your order may be subject to additional customs and fees. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (duties, taxes, etc.).

RETURNS

For eligible products, we offer a 30-day return policy from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@shopaiti.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that returns are subject to a $7 shipping and handling fee. The following are not eligible for returns:

• Items marked as sale
• Gift Cards
• Original shipping fees will not be refunded
• We currently do not offer returns for international orders

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

DAMAGES OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and quickly resolve it.
