RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer a 14-day return policy from the delivery date for eligible products. Your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging.

We now offer return and package protection through Redo. For an additional $2.48 at checkout, you can return items from your order for store credit, exchange, or refund for free. If you opted out of protection, you can still return your eligible items, but you'll be responsible for the cost of the return label.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The following are not eligible for returns:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift Cards
  • Original shipping fees will not be refunded
  • We currently do not offer returns for international orders

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

DAMAGES OR ISSUES

Please inspect your items upon receiving. If something is damaged or you received the incorrect items, please email us within 7 days at hello@shopaiti.com. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days.
