RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 14-day return policy from the delivery date for eligible items. Items must be in the same condition you received them - unworn and in the original packaging.
Due to strict hygiene reasons, earrings are only eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Earrings are not eligible for refunds.

We offer return and package protection through Redo. If you added package/return protection at checkout, you can return eligible items for free exchange, store credit, or refund. If you opted out, returns are still accepted within 14 days, but return shipping costs are your responsibility.
The following are not eligible for returns:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift Cards
- Original shipping fees
- International orders
DAMAGES OR ISSUES
Give your order a quick look when it arrives. If something is damaged or you received the incorrect items, please email us within 7 days at hello@shopaiti.com. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days.
